Ms. Hale serves as a Senior Coordinator - Sales Support in the Sales & Marketing Group. She has twenty-five years of experience in the investment industry. Ms. Hale's primary responsibility is supporting new client business goals and initiatives. In this capacity, she assists in tracking consultant search activity and in identifying sources of potential business through investment consultant websites and other online industry resources. In addition, Ms. Hale assists with business development/sales analysis and client servicing projects. Prior to joining the Company in 2007, she worked in institutional sales at BlackRock, where she was responsible for developing client and investment consultant presentations and coordinating external events with plan sponsors, consultants and other investment management firms. Previously, Ms. Hale held sales assistant positions at Merrill Lynch Investment Managers, Loomis, Sayles & Company and Everen Securities. During this time, she gained valuable experience working with institutional sales professionals and in communicating information to investment consultants. Ms. Hale has completed accounting coursework at Northwestern Business School.
