Bradley D. Mincke Managing Director and
Co-Head of Research
Mr. Mincke is Managing Director and Co-Head of Research and has over thirty years of investment industry experience. As Co-Head of Research, he shares responsibility for the direction of all research related activities as well as for performing credit analysis, primarily focusing on the higher education, tax supported and water/sewer sectors. Mr. Mincke's emphasis is on Research Administration which entails overseeing the assignment of municipal credit reviews to the research staff and monitoring surveillance. In addition, he manages third party research activities and ensures that credit reviews are performed in a timely manner. Mr. Mincke was employed at Van Kampen Investments from 1988 to 2008 performing credit analysis, publishing research reports and teaching credit fundamentals to junior analysts. For the last ten years of his service, Mr. Mincke was a senior fixed income analyst, playing a key role in the acquisition and surveillance analysis of municipal bonds as a generalist in the research department. Prior to his service with Van Kampen, he was an analyst at Nuveen Investments for over four years. Mr. Mincke is a member of the Chicago Municipal Analysts Society and authored a chapter in The Handbook of Municipal Bonds in 2007. Further, he was named to the First Team - Higher Education of All-Star Municipal Bond Analysts published by SMITH's Research & Gradings in 2007-2010 and 2012-2016. Mr. Mincke earned a B.S. degree in Marketing at Northern Illinois University.
